Precisely. I sometimes wish I didn't look like such a ghost in a bathing suit, but it's certainly preferable to melanoma.

There are some special moisturisers that gradually tans your skin..like Johnsons & Johnsons stuff ... I always wear heaps of sunblock when it's summer here but i always end up darker than all of my friends..i make my boyfriend look white as snow

I can't ever be bothered with fake tan unless it's for a specific occasion or I plan on getting my legs out (need something to take the glaring edge off). I do have gradual tanning moisturisers but it's effort and I'm slack. I don't actually mind being pale anyway.

I agree. Tanning lotions are, in my experience, prone to creating horrific streakiness. I sometimes feel like a bit of an anomaly at the pool, but being pale doesn't bother me all that much. I actually think it's quite pretty and feminine.

I like the lipstick, it gives such a contrast with your skin tone =P

I'm quite good with streakiness but I hate that most of the gradual ones sit on your skin so if you start to sweat you turn all greasy and slick, and they give off the horrible onion/BO smell. St Tropez is really good at avoiding those things but it's a wee bit on the pricey side. And I agree, it is pretty and unique I think - English rose. I think it's becoming more fashionable actually with people like Nicola Roberts and Kristen Stewart embracing their paleness and avoiding the you've-been-tangoed look that it's so easy to adopt these days.

There is a girl at my school who is actually orange from fake tanning. No joke. She looks like an oompa loompa.

We found him abonden and on the werge of starvation so we took him under our wing, but my mum made it very clear that we were going to find his owner and give him back/ give to the local pet protection centre. The first day he consumed three boxes of tuna, before falling asleep on me in my bed.
We didn't find the owner (he probably didn't have one) but by then he had charmed my mum of her feets and he became a part of our family. Now, 5 years later, he has gotten fat but still is as charming as ever!

(I'm sorry for writing so much about my cat, but he is my first pet and helped me through a bad part of my life)
