Hey guys,

How about another cottage?

The Bluffton House features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wraparound porch. The house is semi-furnished (plumbing & counters) and lushly landscaped with a beautiful side path to the backyard.

I apologize if the roof on this house obscures the entryway, although I was using the roofSlopeAngle cheat the roof slope stayed that steep :-/

However, don't let that discourage you from making this the home of your Sim's dreams! The Bluffton costs $45,742, contains no custom content, and requires Nightlife and University.
