Hullo!
I'm new here, and I have little experience with making new things...I am trying to learn though!
I thought many people could probably use this for horror households and whatnot, so...
This is a variation on the Maxis 'thin' eyeliner. It involves a trailing line of blood from either the left eye, the right eye, or both at once!
Sims of any age can use it, from Toddlers upwards.
Naturally, I imagine it is EP-ready...
Feel free to distribute it, should you want to (lol), but please don't post it on pay sites!
