Greetings everyone, this is my first upload to ModTheSims2, so pardon the mistakes, and feel free to tell me of any corrections I need to make! =)

This download is a simple cafe-style restaraunt for your neighborhoods. It fits in rather well in a quiet suburb, a bustling downtown, or even on a college campus. Its sole purpose is to provide you excellent service when you want a quiet place for a date, or just stopping in for a bite to eat on your trip around town. And being on a smaller sized lot, means you won't have to wait forever to get a table!

It has room for plenty of Sims, and even a table for a large group. There are many private romantic locations throughout the dining area. With the possibility of running your own business coming soon, this would be a perfect real estate opportunity for the budding chef or restaraunteur.

I hope you enjoy! If so, I have plenty of houses, and some other community lots that can be added!
