This house is a modern twist on a Southern Country/Greek Revival style of architecture.

It has 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Sleeps 7 + one baby or toddler.

Cost is 203,420 Simoleons.

Features a formal dining room, nursery adjacent to the master bedroom, a rose garden, and a large master suite.

This house is the perfect luxury house...it's not so big that it would run badly on a less-than-optimal computer (i.e. it runs well on mine!)

I designed this house with Legacy Challengers in mind. It would be the perfect house for the Challenge, after a few generations when you have some money to spare.

This house is custom content and hack free. It is fully furnished and decorated using only Maxis items (yeah, don't ask me how I did that, I have no idea). It has been scanned with CleanInstaller.
