This is a communtitybuilding, completely unfurnished (my first upload). I use the basement as a fitness studio, the 3 topfloor as a restaurnt and the 1st Floor as a clothing shop and the rest only decorative as offices.

I have to give Credit to Numenor (for the windows) and to Marinas sims (black brick). I appologize, if I have used anything else, which I forgot to mention, but I have found no others. (The different floortiles are fore sure made by someone, but I have to admit, I cannot find out anymore, by whoom)

Feel free to do what ever You like with this building.
