Requires: NightLife, Open for Business (I also have Univ, but probably not required)
Only the shop is furnished

This is a modern family house with a small flower shop in the garage. Therefore only the left garage can be used to park a car. Of course, you can close the shop, and use the other garage by its function. The garden near the garage is part of the shop and plants should be set for sale. The house is split level: living area is on a foundation, the garage and the shop are on the terrain level. 2 large bedroom and a bathroom are on the floor.
