A cozy beach cottage constructed in a modern style. This home has a spacious kitchen ready for entertaining, an intimate sitting room, and a half bath on the first floor and the master bed and bath on the second floor. The unique aspect of this house is that it features patios on every level: ground level, a front and back porch on the foundation level, a balcony on the second floor with access to the master bedroom, and a rooftop deck, five in total, all connected by outter stairways.

You only need to install the "ganz_mesh" file and the "white" recolor file, since those are the only ones I used in this lot. (But the other recolors are all quite nice! Make sure to install the "halb_mesh" file as well if you want the triangle shaped flower plots.)
