My first upload (woo!). Here's a nice house (good enough for a family of four). The house was made on a medium sized lot (I think it was 3x4. not completely sure). It costs $23,947. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The house is unfurnished. I made it with the University EP, so I think you might need it to play this lot. No custom content was used. This house has been scanned with the Clean Installer and is hack free.
