"Coquette Moderne": Discrete but stylish contemporary home (5x6 lot)

Hi to all at MTS2! This is my first build, and my first post! It's my interpretation of this house:

- Lot size:5 x 6
- Cost: $108,246
- Unfurnished
- Requires all EPs (possibly FFS???)
- Checked with CleanInstaller


Interior has 2 bedrooms (master on 2nd floor, guest in basement), 5 bathrooms (1 master/ 1 guest), a nice kitchen with nook, open dining/livingroom, home office, a loft area with open study/excercise room. The basement is dedicated to having fun: arcade, home theater, bar with dance floor and pool table.

Exterior has a nice private front terrace, big decks on the first floor and basement, outdoor grill, pool and jacuzzi.

I’ve been fiddling around with build mode after reading some tutorials and finally built something to my liking. I know for sure I am a very slow builder and I have a hard time doing anything decent without tons of custom content. That’s why this house is unfurnished. Thanks to all the great creators who made this house possible.

I hope you will enjoy it like I do!


Playability issues

- The plant boxes on the front deck are made with the foundation tool and
the sims are constantly trying to go there (especially the gardner).

- The plants on the rocks near the pool can not be watered (due to terrain
slope). Either sell them or replace with fake plants.

- Due to the design of this house, sims often enter/exit the house by the
garage and the delivery boy sometimes goes to the back door.
