A moderately sized starter home
This time I've got another starter home for you, but much larger. Granted, it's not huge but, unlike the other, it has walls. My me!sim that I had in the other home has gotten pregnant, so it was time to make a house with another bedroom for her children. The fact that it came out under twenty simoleons was unintentional! So, here we go ...
This is Where the Heart is. A two bedroom, two bathroom starter home
Up front there is the foyer. The sims don't have coats to hang up or umbrellas to put away (...yet), so this room is really just for show
If your sim proceeds through the foyer he or she will find him or herself in the living area/dining room. Plenty of space for a couch, tv, maybe some end tables and so on
From here your sim can get to any other room in the house
If your sim keeps walking straight, he or she will find herself at the master bedroom and master bath. There is, of course, enough room for a bed or perhaps a bureau. There's also enough room if your sim likes to keep their baby's crib in the room with them. To the right there is the connecting master bath
To the left of the master bedroom is the kitchen nook. I call it a nook because it is not a full-sized kitchen, but, if you're creative, you could probably fit a table and chairs in there
The left of the kitchen nook is the guest or child bedroom. A few single beds could probably fit in there without too much hassle. The children or guests also get their own, connecting bath
Out front there's a single driveway surrounded by some nice greenery
And that ... is a tree! ^_^

Well, there you have it. This is only my second upload and it already seems as if I've got some sort of pattern going. Who knows, maybe my next upload will be for a really big family. Enjoy!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
Also, I have a small favour to ask. It would mean a lot to me if you all could send me pictures of how you've decorated the homes. I'm dying to see what you all have done!
