This was a request, and to be honest I used to smoke so for realisms sake I didn't really see a problem with such a request as this... I am thinking about making a few changes, so if you are interested in this for your Sims check back for updates...

I don't think that any EPs are required, I tested it in the base body shop and it looked ok, but haven't tested it in game so please let me know if you can...
