This is 441 Maple Way. Actually my house in real life I created it into the sim world. As you can see it's a small-ish starter home, including a garage.



The way I had it in mind you can place a mom and dad in the master bedroom and a teenager in the smaller bedroom. Or two teenagers but that might get a little cramped.



It's partly furnished just to give you an idea of how I had the layout in mind.



Tried to make this one without custom content. REALLY hard but I pulled it off.
