This is the character Grencia Mars Elijah Guo Eckener (a.k.a "Gren") from the anime "Cowboy Bebop". He appears in episodes 12 & 13 ("Jupiter Jazz" Part 1 & 2). Gren fought in the war on Titan alongside Vicious, who later betrayed him and had Gren imprisoned. During his years in jail, Gren was used as a test subject and consequently had his hormonal balance thrown out of whack - resulting in Gren's body becoming feminine, complete with breasts. After escaping from jail, Gren moved to Blue Crow sector of Callisto (one of Jupiter's moons), where he took up his life-long dream of becoming a jazz musician (saxophone player, to be exact). It's on Blue Crow where Gren meets both Faye Valentine and Julia, and where he eventually meets his end - courtesy of Vicious.
