1 Fan Lane - 18.645$

Already posted 3 Archer Road, which is waiting to become avaible, but I'm feeling creative today (or is it bored? - don't know ), so here's the first volume of "Fan Lane", which is, in fact a simple road next to archer road which is called "Fan Lane" for some unknown reason (no it's not fan like in fanned out, just can't remember why I called it so).
This cute little house is build on a 2x1 Lot for a single sim or a couple.


If someone is wondering why there is an emty 1x1 room between bathroom and bedroom: It's just to make the house look more well-formed and to stop the auto-roof from doing silly things.

This house includes a car and a big screen TV, so it has mostly all you need (If not you have over 1000$ left when you buy it as a starter).
