Here is a one bedroom beach front getaway cabin with garage and hot pool. Ideal for honeymooners or young couples who just want to getaway from it all.

Ground floor: Garage.

First floor: Kitchen/lounge and bathroom. There is a large balcony to the rear overlooking the beach.

Second floor: Large double bedroom.

There is only two pieces of custom content that are contained within the lot which is the Spiral Staircase and matching fence by the very talented Marvine

You will need to download the MESH and the accompanying package for the stair animations for it to work properly in your game.

You will also need the "Independant Expressions" windows parts 1 - 3 and the "Indenpendant Arches and Doors Expansion pack" created by the brilliant Marylou http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=246861. Due to Marylou's request I could not include these packages within the sims2pack.

All of the rest of the content within the lot are Maxis made and came with the game.

I am uncertain where I got the bedding from so I left it out of the Sims2pack. In case you are wondering.
