So, here is Train Heartnet! This download is only the outfit. No hair or makeup stuffs; I trust everyone here to make better hair/makeup judgment than me.

This is my first mesh ever in the history of my life, so if you notice any problems, please tell me!

Oh yes, the fat bodymorph doesn't work too well with this (basically the texture looks all stretched and crazy). Just try to keep Train slim and it's all good.
