104 Brentwood Road with Guest Cottage

This is a Maxis lot which I remodeled to provide more room and comfort for my Sims. It now boast 5 bedrooms and a nursery (or office, or hey! maybe even a home gym!), 3 full baths and that isn't even counting the bedroom/bathroom in the guest cottage.

This is a fun lot to play, however, I did notice that if you put kitchen appliances or tables and chairs in the guest cottage, your sims will most likely carry prepared food back and forth between the cottage and the kitchen in the main house.

I've kept CC to a minimum on this lot. And other than the occasional use of the move_objects cheat this house was built using no hacks or cheats.
