"Günebakan" Beach House

Hello everybody, this is my first upload... the first house I've ever created, actually *is excited* All the wonderful lots I downloaded from this site didn't help my lazy nature, either. But I thought it was time to give something back. I hope I've done everything correctly.

I made this house for a sim couple I play, so this house is not suitable for a large family. But even though I made the house plan for two sims, I believe this house can contain one more sim at least

This house has a split level diningroom, 1 porch in front of the house, 1 porch in the back with a sea view, a garage for 2 cars and a private beach. The living area is the second floor, therefore the pool and one of the bathrooms are "under" the house - on the first floor.

The house is only very lightly furnished. You'll only find some bathroom, kitchen and decorative objects in the lot.

Also, if anyone wonders, the name "günebakan" is an alternative name for "sunflower" in Turkish. However, the word itself can be loosely translated as "one that turns their face to the day".
