Vintage Cozy Cottage

Well folks here it is, my 1st attempt at building a house from plans. Let me tell you this it wasn't easy and took a few all nighters and a gallon of starbucks to complete (kiddin') . The house plan itself was dated June 12, 1972 and it caught my eye because it was a raw sketch. No color, no picture just a drawing. So if I may say the completed house isn't exact to the plans but what the heck I tried. And as you can see in one of the pics my lovely Britney is veiwing the house plan sketch she painted herself. I will say creating from actual plans was a challange in itself but fun and exciting. Watch for more in the future from me! And this house was play tested for a few hours with no glitches. Any of you folks out there that have created house's from real plans, that can give a newbie some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks once again and hope you enjoy as I enjoyed making it. The un-furnished version is included and will set ya' back $35,017.
