There is one more mini house from my houses series ''mini Villa''.This is a small house on the smallest lot-1*1 size
.I just tried to build modern style building on such small lot,and I have to say,that it wasnt easy,specially to place a stairs (from original Maxis).But at least I solve this... 
Fully furnished (1 single bedroom),bathroom,kitchen and sitting room.No ccp!
