Hi guys 
This is my first upload to this wonderful site, so please leave constructive criticism! I would very much appreciate it if you would do so.
For those who are curious about the cost:
Furnished it is $18,281
The house comes furnished
Lot size:2 x 3
It is a 2 BR, Kitchen, Living Room and 1 Bath
I have University, Pets and Seasons installed, so you will have to have at least Seasons to install this I believe for some of the wallpapers and the front door to show up in your game. You can always try using the Sims2Pack Clean Installer program
I present to you a nice and clean starter home. Its not too big, not too small, just about the right size. I'm pretty sure it has enough room left on the left size to put in a driveway and/or garage, so those of you who have NL can do so. (Provided that you remove the swings and the trees from there first
)
Some basic info about the house:
It has a master bedroom, and a kids room. The kids room has currently 2 beds, but you can easily fit another one if you'd like or simply grab the wonderful bunk bed set by the Dream Team
It has a spacious kitchen that comes with all of the appliances, and a table to seat 4 right now, but if you add two more chairs you can seat up to 6 people. It has 1 Bath, equipped with the shower/tub combo. The living room is a little tiny, but has plenty of room for your sims to move around. The fire and house alarm are also included, so no fire or nasty burglar should go unpunished. Outside we have some flower beds to make your sims happier with the outside, and give them a headache pulling the weeds currently to the left there's a set of double swings for the kids to play as well as a pair of trees, but if you have NL, you can remove them and do a single garage or driveway.

Unfortunately Simsquirts is no longer available, which is a shame since it was a great website for nurseries and toddlers. However Sims 2 Graveyard offers most of their downloads as well as other dead sites so be sure to visit it!
