My Grandma's Old House-1 BR 1 BA Cozy Home!

Hello everyone! Today I bring this lovely little mismatchy and cozy house-it was my grandma's old house! I dont know why I made it.. but I did so here it is!

Perfect for a single sim, probably an elder, who loves art! Theres not much room for expansion.. well none, but it is nice and cozy! Theres a little backyard area which would be perfect for a pet if your sim wanted some company!

Fully Equipped with
-Smoke Alarm
-Burglar Alarm
-Ceilings
-Paintings and deco everywhere!

I tried to make this fit the real house as best I could, but I had to make quite a few alterations to make it fit for sims.

Included in the rar is smmi73's OpenMe (window, double window and door) glass recolours for the white frame. Thankyou so much!! She made them for me, and they are in the moderation queue, but smmi let me include them in my lot
You will have to put them in your downloads folder, they didn't package with the lot. You *may* have to use the design tool to recolour the windows when you go into the house, I'm not sure.


Note: for some reason it looks kinda messed in neighbourhood view, see here. Its fine in game though, dont fret :P
