Testers Wanted: Astronomy Career

Okay, sure, no one expected one of these, right? Well, astronomy's rather dear to my heart and this career is largely based on my own experiences as an astro undergrad. The promotion requirements and level titles are in the attached text file.

Everything should be changed for every language, but please let me know if it's not. I didn't have any problem with the carpool arriving or anything like that. Please let me know if you have any problems with the chance cards!

Oops, and I forgot to say Big Kudos to Bidou for making the plugin for SimPE which made this a lot easier to finish.
