Stone Mountain Lake Cabin - Real Swimmeable Lake and Tree house!

Welcome to the Stone Mountain Lake Cabin, a luxurious 3 bedrooms cabin where your sims can relax close to nature, take a sweam in the lake, or fish....read by the fire...do whatever they please and enjoy the beauty of the scenery and the peace and quiet...

A big living, with on open kitchen and large windows on the outside,a deck around the lake to bask in the sun or watch the fish....
There's two little islands accessible by stairs.

You can easily turn the loft in an additionnal bedroom if you have a big
family.
There' s spare room in the underground garage that you can use for whatever you like. (even another bedroom, but it will be quite dark and not really nice to sleep in with all the gas from the cars!)
I usually use it to make a music room, so the instruments don't waste room
in the living areas.Another reason is that in real life, parents usually hate
the music their children listen to. So your adult sims can quietly read in the
living while their teenager play heavy metal (don't shoot me it a ramdom exemple) in the sound-proofed basement


And of course a cabin wouldn't be a real cabin without a tree house for your children!


Only a small part is covered and weather proof, but the stairs tend to get iced and dangerous
in winter anyway , so it's safer to keep them inside !

IMPORTANT : Color of the water:

I never liked the un-natural blue Maxis gave to the water , but couldn't do much about it until...A wonderful creation by Jon119
that allows you to change the color of the water on a lot (not a global mod)
I used it build the lot and to take the pictures, but it is NOT INCLUDED. If you want to doawnload it, the link is below.
I didn't include it because once this object is placed on the lot, if it covers all the water, you can't fish anymore unless...yes another wonderful creation, by Netmicro
this time, "The invisible fishing pond". The link is also below, and it's NOT INCLUDED either.

If you don't mind the blue water, just install the lot , the water will show normally.
