I made this Hack/Mod to go hand in hand with the wonderful mod made by "Saramkirk " called Neighborhood decorations can be placed anywhere.

This is mod basically covers objects that Saramkirk's mod didn't include. It will allow you to have additional original maxis objects/effects placeable anywhere on all surface types!

I was annoyed with the fact that if I wanted to place lets say the concrete terrain in my city, I couldn't put any lots on top of it so instead I'd have to carefully move the concrete terrain to the edge of the lot... Anyway, I also really loved the ability to put boulders anywhere I wanted, but since Saramkirk's hack didn't include an update for mansion & garden stuff, I decided I'd make a hack to allow you to do this!!



Notice how all 3 main terrains and the boulders can be in water, on roads and in lots simultaneously? VERY handy!!

Just wanted to thank Saramkirk again for her mod: Neighborhood decorations can be placed anywhere, which is still in my opinion one of the best mods for neighborhoods!
