Grand stately home, primarily built as a wedding or formal party venue, yet small enough to be play friendly. To the front of the build are the formal gardens and rose arbours.

On the ground floor is a wedding chapel and spacious ball room with banqueting table and bar. Upstairs are the public bathrooms and honeymoon suite.

This venue is classed as an Art gallery and can be hired for parties at a cost of $400. Play tested for a wedding as as an community Art gallery and is custom content free.
