There is a bug in the living room. When Sims attempt to sit on the sofa, they might jump to the other side of the couch rather than sitting where they intended. They can also walk through the couch, but will not get stuck in it, in my experiences. This is a Maxis bug caused by 45-degree angles. If you wish me to fix this, leave a comment.

This house is perfect for your modern Simmies, whether they be celebrities or normal Sims! It has four bedrooms on the second floor, three bathrooms on the second and first floor, a party room, and more! Its modern style is sure to attract tons of Sims!

Required but Not Included:
The dining table in the dining room is a recolor of the Dining Room 4 set at 4EverSimsFantasy; you can find it here. Click the "Table" link to download. You can also view their policy here.

The bedrooms come in four colors: blue, green, red, and light. The red bedroom is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The blue room is the only bedroom with two separate beds, whereas the green and light bedrooms have only one bed.

The second floor will most likely be where most of your Sims spend their time, but going between floors is a snap! In testing, times for one Sim (without any distractions or barriers) going from the top to bottom floor (and vice versa) were about 15-20 seconds (this might not be saying much, but think of some others' houses... is it that fun to take a whole Sim hour to get from the third floor to the first?)!

Sims can find a multitude of things to do in this house: they can party all night with the party room (includes chairs for danced-out Sims!), lounge on the roof, stargaze, even build a greenhouse! To the right of the house, there's a large open space that can be used for anything! You can even build a pet house if you wish!

WARNING
This is not a starter home! It costs $168,029 when completely furnished! Additionally, this lot may require the Happy Holiday Stuff Pack, though (as far as I know), I did not use any holiday items. I have listed the SP as required, but if you're feeling daring, you can install the house without the Happy Holiday SP. If you do so, please let me know if you see any strange spots in the house, so I can list the SP as required or not required for certain.

I apologize, this lot has high EP and SP requirements. I tried using AGS, but there was a problem and I had to uninstall it. I will download it again, and perhaps, next time, the lot will have lower requirements. Thank you.
