So far, my only two uploads to the site have been two starter cottages. So for this upload, I decided to do something different, because I needed a break from being restricted in my building by the starter budget. >.< So this house was built with no restrictions. Therefore, the house is only REALLY realistic for rich sims or if you're using cheats.

This house SHOULD also have a full library of books. (At least, of the ones available in the bookstore!)

Built with 1.14.11.007001, this home should be compatible with all current versions of TS3, and utilizes NO, I repeat, NO custom content. I find that building homes using only base game content provides a real challenge, and makes the final result infinitely more satisfying!

I used very little in the way of interior decorations, no paintings, few plants, etc., to allow those who choose to use this house to decorate it in their own way. The kitchen utilizes many decorations, and the parlor and study use a few plants and other decorations, but other than that, this house is pretty much a clean slate for people to decorate as they like!

**STORY OF THE HOUSE**

This huge estate once belonged to Chris and Jessica Avila, a young couple well-loved by the town. Chris was a musician in the symphonic branch, while Jessica was an author specializing in romance novels. Jessica was also a natural cook, and loved to throw parties so she could cook for all her friends and so her husband could perform. Both were heavily family-oriented, and within a relatively short time after their marriage Jessica had given birth to two sons and a daughter. When they learned they were expecting again, twins this time, they decided a larger house was in order and between the two of them managed to save up enough money to purchase this house, just in time for their twin girls to be born. The family lived happily in this house as they achieved fame and fortune and gained large numbers of friends, throwing parties every week, from birthday parties to pool parties and later, to the marriage of their children.

When their first child, their son, Chris Jr., got married, Jessica and Chris decided they wanted to adopt more children, to help as many children as possible. After all, they had the means and space to do so, and they both loved children. Over the years they took in a total of 13 children of varying ages as more of their children left home, even having two more children of their own in later years. When left with just two children still at home, Jessica and Chris decided it was time for them both to retire, since in the process of caring for so many children, they had both gotten older. They decided to sell their current home and downgrade to a smaller, more comfortable house, but one that still had plenty of bedrooms. They were done adopting for the time being, but who knew? Maybe someday, they'd decide to adopt again...
