USCC: Shorter Storybook Windows

Konnichiwa! I have something very special for you today. Something I worked really, really hard on. My very first meshes!

Now, I rather like these windows. They are cute. But they are so big, they are much better suited for stores (they are from Open for Business after all). If you put them in a kitchen with the counter in front, you see the back of the counter when you look inside! Houses ARE NOT built like that last time I checked. So I raised up the bottom to meet the counters. Then I made more with a bottom raised above them. So you can pick which one you like. Diagonals are included as well.
Plus, these won't overwrite the originals so there is room for both in your game! Best of all, they get all their textures from the maxis ones, including recolors. (Yay repository technique!) Thus they have the same subsets as the original. One for the frame, and one for the window.

Before we continue, I would like to take time to give an extra special shout out to the wonderful, incredible, and PATIENT Leefish. Without her help, these windows would not exist. So I extend my gratitude for helping me with the issues and allowing me to complete this project. Even though she hates these windows, Leefish helped me figure out the problems. Give her a round of applause!
