I decided to create this after having trouble finding a combined consignment and elixir shop to download for Isla Paradiso. I wanted to share this with anyone who is also looking for something similar. I only used items from Island Paradise, Ambitions, and Supernatural.

Downstairs - Consignment (Pawn) Shop
Upstairs - Elixir Shop (with outside access as well)

Lot was created at 16 Scuba Street next to Cruzita's Groceries and Diner and Fortunate Fishing
Set the empty lot to "Consignment Store" and then place. ("Elixir Shop" or "Visitors Allowed" should work as well, but these 2 options have not yet been tested to see if both registers will work).


I did test to make sure both registers were working properly. Please be aware that when you first place the lot, the stores may take a minute to open. For me, the consignment store took about 2 sim hours to open and the elixir store took about 3 to 5 sim hours to open. I believe the consignment store is opened from 9:30 am to 6 pm and the elixir shop stays open 24 hours a day.
