( Rose Blossom was a temporary name for the lot. I made some minor details to it as well.)

Palmarosa: A fragrant tropical Indian grass related to citronella and lemongrass. It is cultivated for the essential oil it yields, which is used in perfumery and aromatherapy. This beautiful home is for a family of three that are slightly well off.

Upper floor: Entrance and living room, kitchen, and bathroom

Lower floor: Two bedroom( one for a couple, the other for a child) and a second bathroom.

The house is fully furnished with a pool.

The roof is made up of half-walls curiosity of NL EP

ATTENTION
The layout of the house is indeed playable since I added a family to play it. The family enters the home from the upper floor ( as shown in the photos) which is the main floor. The living room which is filled with IKEA stuff is separated from the kitchen. Basically the living room had a door there, but I cut the door and the wall completely out making it easier to navigate the house. Through there, the first bathroom is shown, followed by the stairs. Now there are two mini hallways (located where the stairs are at). Next, the second bathroom is revealed after descending the stairs. It is followed by a small bedroom for a kid. Next to it is the master bedroom in which a Sim is at the computer desk. I added additionally pictures to the house to show the back of the house from the lower floor. And yes I know the layout of the house is small, but that was the intention. It's suitable for a family of three, but they can easily navigate throughout the house. That should about do it for explaining the layout of the house. Thanks for understanding.
