Base lot informations:
Lot Size: 50x50
Lot Price (furnished): 255616
Furnished: fully
Decorated: Throughout
Stories: 1 (second is just for a visual side but it can be used for something else )

Instalation:
Unzip the files and put all from TRAY into your TRAY folder and all from MODS into your MODS folder.
All custom items included in Mods Folder, so you don't need to download it. (List of CC items with the name of the creators is on the end of the post).

How to place a lot:
I highly recommend to save your game before this change or start new game /with new sim/!
Go to work with your Doctor, press the keys: CTRL+SHIFT+C
In the appearing white line at the top (console line) type: bb.enablefreebuild (also recommend bb.moveobjects on) and press ENTER
Then you can enter buildmode and place the lot from your gallery (don't forget to check “include custom content” button in gallery).


Another informations about lot:
Rooms have a logical location and are divided by colors and also they are well connected.

Brown - for patient (Reception, Hall, Exam rooms, Toilets, Rest area with fountain and another way out of the hospital)
Blue - research and staff area (Laboratory, PC room, X-Ray room, Test-gym room, Kitchen+dinner room, Principal office)
Green - surgery area (2 Surgery rooms with separate newborn baby corner)



But that's not all. Whole hospital is nice decorated (a lot of details such as posters, signs ... ).





The Hospital has one problem .... your sims doesn't want to go home ... and wants to work until the end.
