This is a 4 bedroom 5 bathroom house designed for a busy family. It is unfurnished and costs $117,886 so its suited for a somewhat rich family. On the first floor there is a center room with a fireplace, a library with a bathroom, kitchen, party room with a bathroom and the master bedroom with bathroom. On the second floor there are three aditional bedrooms with plenty of space to setup a workout bench, entertainment and an office.

Version 1 didn't have the 4th bedroom, 5th bathroom, and the garage. Gardeners also had some trouble getting to all the plants. Hopefully this version fixes that problem.
