Hello, all! Welcome to my first house.
This house is a small suburban home with 2 floors, but you can renovate to add a basement if need be. The house was designed for my newlywed sims expecting a baby, so it has one big room, a nursery, and a study.
The first floor is open-plan, with a modern kitchen, nice sofas, and a chimney with black bricks.
The backyard has a Slip'n'Slide, lounge chairs, regular chairs, and a grill, for all your outdoorsy needs!
The car out front is a yellow Tofunda Wagon, and the car in the garage is a black Yomoshoto Evasion.
This house will require Generations and High-End, because I know for a fact I used both. I'm not positive if I used Late Night, but I probably did somewhere, so I'm putting this warning in here in case I did.
