...and amazing comedian! Here is my Simmified version. None of the fantastic custom content was made by me this time, but I shall give the credits as fully as I am able (based on hover text). If you see anything of yours that's not properly credited, please let me know & I will fix it.

Credits are as follows:
Top: Saiyuki-Sanzo style velvet shirt
Pants: Web textured leather pants
Eyes: by Louis

Hair: mavihairman
Eyebrows: ? (no hover text)
Eyeliner: S2C EJ fmbldblck
Blush: STE' makeup naturalcolors
Eyeshadow: helaene - sand
Lipstick: Cinnamon
Costume makeup: eye bags (by merco, I think)

By the way, the in-game pic I included is actually an earlier version of Eddie, but I put it in anyway to show his outfit better. Hope you like him as much as I do! (I recommend putting him in a bungalow! :D)
