United States Marine Corps Blue Dress (B) uniform

I really wanted a Marine in my game, but I couldn't find a single piece of CC for Sims 4; so I made one.
Obviously there are slight issues with this, I tried for close to a week to even out part of the collar and the belt, but I had to let my perfectionism go in favor of remaining sane.
