Hello again everyone :howdy: . This is my second contribution to the site. Hope you like her!
This Sim actually started from a picture I was working with in order to make someone. Well it didn't turn out the way I liked so I tweaked around with it and out came Charlotte. Once again, I can only take credit for so little of the custom content! The crappy top you see is the only thing I made. The rest is all professionally done
