A mysterious cottage in the woods that was inhabited by mad professor who tried to use the forgotten book to summon powerful spirit and then take charge of this power to become immortal human.

After he killed his wife, he was taken by police to the psychiatric hospital. House became fully abandoned and the tome forgotten.

It contains 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in the small privy. Cottage is very cozy and has a lot of space outside.
