Architect Career

CURRENTLY UP TO DATE WITH THE CURRENT 22/02/19 PATCH.

This is a new career for the sims 4: Architect! Your sims can progress up to level 9 of the Architect Career, with two branches to choose from at level 7 (Urban Architect, Commercial Architect).
The job is available with other jobs via the "find a job" interaction. Sims will go to work in their own clothes, however you could always use CAS to create a 'work' outfit you think is suitable to change them into before work. Sims will need to build skills such as painting, logic and charisma to progress through the architect career. Money is good, and represents real-life salaries of architects.

Career Levels:
1) Intern Architect [ideal mood: focused, promotion objectives: logic (2), charisma (3), pay: $8/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

2) BIM Manager [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: logic (4), painting (2), pay: $11/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

3) Design Architect [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: painting (4), handiness (2), pay: $20/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

4) Project Manager [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: charisma (5), comedy(3), programming (2) , pay: $23/H, work schedule: M,T,T,F,S]

5) Senior Architect [ideal mood: happy, promotion objectives: logic (5), charisma (6), pay: $25/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

6) Technical Architect [ideal mood: energized, promotion objectives: logic (8), painting (6), pay: $35/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

Urban Branch:

7) Industrial Architect [ideal mood: focused, promotion objectives: logic (8), handiness (5), pay: $45/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

8) Landscape Architect [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: logic (10), pay: $58/H, work schedule: M,T,T,F,S]

9) Urban Architect [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: painting (10), charisma (10), pay: $80/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

Commercial Branch:

7) Interior Designer [ideal mood: happy, promotion objectives: painting (8), pay: $40/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

8) Residential Architect [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: logic (9), handiness (5), pay: $60/H, work schedule: M,T,T,F.S]

9) Commercial Architect [ideal mood: inspired, promotion objectives: painting (10), handiness (8), pay: $75/H, work schedule: M,T,W,T,F]

HOW TO INSTALL:

Extract the Architect career.package, Architect career.ts4script and Neia Commons.package into your MODS folder NOT in a subfolder.
Extract my custom content into your mods folder wherever you like (subfolders are fine).

WARNING:
For this career you currently cannot take paid time off via the phone. I am working on it.
