Here i added textures for the gender neutral doors, i used the texture from the male/female bathroom doors and added to the gender neutral doors.

all you have to do for it to appear in game is to have base game (no expansions or packs required) and to put into the mods folder : Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

Please let me know what you think, and if you want more colours let me know.
