Backstory:
Ordered by the mayor himself, the neighborhood has never seen such a building before. The earliest of modern buildings in SimCity, where sims could enjoy the offerings of a vacation without having to travel far away. The grand opening was very successful, bringing many old and young, rich and poor sims together. To some sims, this was their very first time in a pool. The building went through countless renovations over time, the love of the residents is what kept this building standing and spotless for over 70 years.
