This is Starry Night Over the Rhone by Vincent Van Gogh. This is my favorite Van gogh painting, so I had to recreate it in the sims. Here is more info about this painting. Also shown is a scaled down version.
I took the frame from the cats and dogs painting and edited new swatches. Unfortunately that means CAD is necessary, I believe. There were no base game picture frames with the right dimensions in the base game. If anyone has a better mesh to put this on that would be base game id love to make it base game.
Colors are brown, dark brown, black, and white. This item can be found in paintings and posters for 945 Simoleons.
