I give you Megumi Minami from the manga, and anime series, Tantei Gakuen Q.

Note: You will need to download the mesh files in order for this to work. For the hair, I had to update the link to the mesh as the creator's site no longer works. I did not realize this until after uploading. I do apologize. It uses the Wayback Machine, but all you need to do is select the middle hair, of the three, and click download, and you will have the mesh!

Note: The uniform is not exact, but it's the best I could manage, as I can't mesh, and creating clothing from scratch is far beyond my editing abilities. The skirt is a lot longer than it should be, but I did my best to make the uniform look as close to Megumi's as I could.
