mini apartments - 2 x 1 size lot - (no CC)

these are two cozy little apartments for the sims.
Thanks to Mootilda's Lot adjuster tool it was possible to create this lot.

These apartments are the result of a creation challenge in a small lot, they don't have recreation areas but if you like small, simple and beautiful things, I assure you it will be fun, each apartment is capable of accommodating a family of Sims.
both apartments are identical in terms of floor layout but different in already furnished finishes.
