Lot Trait Overhaul

I use the game lot traits all the time but it seems some of them don't actually work the way they say they do (Child's Play) or they don't incorporate later packs (Great Acoustics). So I've overhauled Lot Traits to be more inclusive and more useful. I made the following changes:

Added a version that disables the headline effects of skill gains

Chef's Kitchen
Lot Trait Description: Food prepared in this kitchen just seems to taste better and usually comes out better quality.
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for Homestyle and Gourmet Cooking and effective skill tag modifier of 3.
Mod changes: Now includes Baking and Mixology

Child's Play
Lot Trait Description: Kids just seem to learn faster here.
Original Lot Trait: It advertised an autonomy and skill modifier but it was broken.
Mod changes: All Toddler and Children skills have an effective skill modifier of 3. Children (and now Toddlers!) will actually build all skills faster instead of it just saying they will.

Convivial
Lot Trait Description: The spacious but intimate feel makes it easier to practice Charisma, Comedy, and Mischief to your heart's content.
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for Charisma, Comedy, and Mischief skills. Also a 50% skill boost for those skills.
Mod changes: Now includes Performance Skills: Singing, Musical Instruments

Great Acoustics
Lot Trait Description : The acoustics are perfect here! A great place for any musician to hone their skills.
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for all musical instruments. It also provides a 50% boost to all musical skills.
Mod changes: Now includes Singing skill.

Home Studio
Lot Trait Description : The artsy vibe makes this a great place to be creative. Painting, Writing and Woodworking usually comes out better quality.
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for Painting, Writing, and Woodworking. Also an effective skill modifier of 3.
Mod changes: Now includes all Creative including Fabrication, Photography, Juice Fizzing, and Flower Arranging.

Homey
Lot Trait Description: The homey vibe helps Sims quickly master the domestic arts of Cooking, Mixology, Handiness, and Gardening
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for Cooking, Mixology, Handiness, and Gardening.
Mod changes: Now includes Knitting

Science Lair
Lot Trait Description : The secluded vibe means there's little to distract great minds from the study of Logic or Rocket Science.
Original Lot Trait: Autonomy modifier for Rocket Science and Logic
Mod changes: Now includes all Mental Skills including Research and Debate, Robotics, Programming, Archeology, and Herbalism
