The floor plan is from Drummond House Plans. It is the "Belisle 2" plan; and the brochure says:

These apartments are furnished with all EA/Maxis furniture (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!). All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill both have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Telephones are on each level.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for two vehicles: one on each driveway. (NOTE: Cars will be community property, and must be placed before moving a sim into the building.)

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.

Get these items if you want the house to look exactly as shown in the pictures.

AND YOU MUST HAVE: Moi's invisible fence. It's the bottom download on this page: Moi_FenceInvisibleMeshless-r.rar - without this fence, the private back yard won't work, and the apartments will break.

NOTE: Some of the 'inside' pictures show the wrong stairs. The spiral stairs in the overhead shots are correct.
NOTE 2: Due to the no-slope basement, you may encounter the "sinking lot glitch" when you move your sim into one of these apartments. See the last picture for an explanation.

Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything and...
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!

NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
