Hi everybody! This is my first upload to for The Sims 2. I was inspired to build this lot after seeing several different house plans for large country homes, and decided to try building one of my own.

About the lot
Situated near the mountains of a certain shopping district is this sprawling mansion, perfect for a family of at least 5 Sims. Owners of this property will enjoy a wide variety of amenities, including:

* living room
* dining room
* two-storey family room connected to the kitchen
* home theatre
* 4 bedrooms w/large walk-in closets
* fully furnished basement that includes a recreation room w/bar, a gym, a sauna, a workshop, an artist's studio and a music room
* a greenhouse and orchard
* a spacious deck and a swimming pool
* 3-car garage

This lot includes quite a bit of CC, such as tbudgett's Maxis Matrix/Craftsman Window Set which gives Midnight Blue its charming look.
