Here is another starter house, i know myself that i find it really hard to find decent houses that are large enough to fit my family AND that are below 20 k.
Ive decided to make a whole line of these houses and if you want anything particular or you DONT want anything in particluar speak up.

The James:
Three bedrooms, one bathroom and a carspace only $13,125 Almost fully furnished!

Upstairs:
Three very reasonable size bedrooms
One bathroom
All with wooden floor boards and wallpaper (blue in 'boys' room, pink in 'girls)

Downstairs:
Split living area's
Dining and kitchen area, kitchen fully furnished with stove, refridgerator, bench etc..
Dining area table and three chairs

Living area:
Large area with large lounge and television

Outside:
Carspace
Walkways from front doors
Flower bed.
