Hy! My very first upload!
It is a nice house for a small family, 48,956-medium lot, not furnished. It has 2 storys:
-first story: the kitchen, the bathroom and a lot of space for the livingroom and outside a terrasce
-second story: a master bedroom, a nice bedroom for the children and a bathroom + a lot of space for an extendet library and a terrace
- in the garden, outside the terrace, you can see the "gazebo" and a little lake

I tried to make it without custom content but... you know, it looked terrible!

So, I have 15 custom content(no hacks or something else, it is CLEAN!):

The house has 11 new wallpapers and 4 floors(I don't remember exactly the creator and I whant to say that I'm sorry :o) :
-the 4 floos (bathroom and kitchen) are from BluetesSims2
-5 walls(bathroom and kitchen) are from BluetesSims2 too
-1 wall (second floor) is from http://www.simthing.net/sims2.htm
-1 (master bedroom) is from TSR
-3 walls (living) are donne by Chrissie

PS: it crosed my mind to decorate and furnish it completly, what do you think?
